Made primarily from Sauvignon blanc, with a potentially small percentage of Semillon and Nouvelle.
Maturation Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks for 9 months and monthly lees stirring then moved to be bottled pre-release 6-9 months, Ageing potential 5 years and longer
Altitude 262-300m, Soil Well-drained; good water retention. An important percentage of clay in the topsoil. Yield 8 tons per hectare (55hl/ha)
